Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club claimed a hard-earned victory over Burleigh in the final of the Gold Coast District Pennant Interclub competition at Coolangatta on Sunday 22 June. The contest was closely fought from start to finish, with five matches decided on the 18th hole. Sanctuary Cove ultimately prevailed 8 – 4, to cap off a brilliant season.
The Club offers its warmest congratulations to the team and their caddies for an exceptional performance under pressure, with particular recognition going to Shannon Moore and Jason Gibson, whose steady leadership and unwavering commitment were vital throughout the season.
