We are delighted to welcome Giovanni Allegretti to the Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club culinary team as Senior Sous Chef, who commenced on Wednesday 10 September.
Giovanni brings with him more than 20 years of experience in kitchens across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, including leadership roles as Head Chef at Italian Street Kitchen (Newstead), La Stazione (Woolloongabba), and Shipwrecked Group (Gold Coast), as well as senior positions at Julius Pizzeria and Green Field. Most recently, Giovanni was Sous Chef at S’Quiseato, Pacific Fair.
Giovanni is passionate about creating flavour-driven dishes, mentoring kitchen teams, and bringing a calm, professional approach to high-pressure environments.
We are excited for the knowledge, creativity, and energy Giovanni will contribute to our kitchen team under the leadership of Executive Chef Andrea Moreschini.
