Following its initiation in 2021, the Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club Person of the Year award once again wishes to honour a deserving and committed member this year.
The award was designed to recognise the effort, dedication, and contribution to the Club by a member in the previous 12 months. All current members are eligible to submit a nomination. However, only Equity, Equity Transition, Equity Junior, and Transition Members are eligible to be nominated for the award.
The following criteria should be considered when nominating:
All evidence should relate to the activity and achievements of the past twelve months, November 2024 – October 2025. Supporting documentation is required when submitting a nomination. All nominations are to be made via the below nomination form
The 2025 nominations will close 6pm Friday 21 November 2025.
Nominations for Club Person of the Year will be assessed by the Board in relation to the above criteria and the result will be announced at the Captain v Captain’s Presentation on Saturday 13 December 2025.
Why Pink? Each October, Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club proudly celebrates the Month of Pink in support of Griffith University’s Institute for Biomedicine and Glycomics.
Together we advance early cancer detection and pioneering research into cancer, infectious diseases, and neurological conditions.
Since its inception, the Month of Pink has raised over $150,000 for the Institute, and we look forward to continuing this meaningful tradition with our community.
