Welcome to our new Facilities Manager, Paul Woods

The Club is pleased to welcome Paul Woods as our new Facilities Manager. With over 18 years’ experience across facilities management, project management, and property and strata operations, Paul brings strong leadership, operational expertise, and a focus on asset care and compliance. His background includes senior roles with Maritimo, Cambridge Strata Management, and PJM Building Management, where he was responsible for asset management strategies, infrastructure maintenance, contractor coordination, and Workplace Health and Safety compliance. Paul joins the Club with a commitment to proactive asset management, operational efficiency, and maintaining the high standards of our facilities.
