Member Behaviour at Reciprocal and Affiliate Clubs

Members are reminded that, when visiting reciprocal or affiliate golf clubs, they act as ambassadors not only for themselves, but also for Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club.

Reciprocal arrangements are founded on mutual respect and goodwill. Members are expected to present and conduct themselves in a manner that consistently reflects the standards of our Club. This includes complying with the host golf club’s dress standards, booking procedures, pace of play expectations, local rules, Clubhouse etiquette, and staff directions.

Courtesy to fellow golfers, staff, and club officials is essential, as is the prompt settlement of all accounts and strict adherence to the terms of each reciprocal agreement. Any behaviour that may bring our Club into disrepute places these valued relationships at risk for all members.
