Official Reopening of Hole 10 on The Palms Golf Course Recap

It was with great pleasure that the Club welcomed members to the official reopening of hole 10 on The Palms golf course on Monday 19 January 2026.

This significant unveiling marked the second completed stage of The Palms Course Enhancement Plan and an important milestone in the ongoing evolution of the course. We extend our sincere thanks to members for their continued support and patience throughout this process, which has enabled the delivery of works to the highest standards of play and presentation.

To commemorate the occasion, members gathered on course for refreshments and celebration, accompanied by a straightest‑drive competition on the newly enhanced fairway.

The afternoon included a short Q and A with Paul Mogford of Crafter and Mogford, the golf course architects behind The Palms Course Enhancement Plan. Members also heard from fellow member Anthony Quayle, who provided an update on the start of his DP Tour season before showcasing his long‑drive skills on the revitalised 10th hole.

Congratulations to XXX and Andrea Holt winning the straightest drive challenge. 

The Club was delighted to share this milestone with the membership and looks forward to the continued transformation of The Palms golf course.
