It is important that we remain mindful of the standards of conduct that underpin this environment. From time to time, situations arise that prompt the Board to reflect on the behaviours and expectations set out in our By‑Laws. These By‑Laws form part of the governance framework that guides how the Club operates and how all members are expected to conduct themselves as part of our community. Members can review the By‑Laws and other governance documents via the online Member Portal or by request through Member Services.
In such moments, the Board’s role is to act in a measured and fair manner that protects the wellbeing of the entire membership and maintains the exceptional culture we value.

Where expectations are not met, the Club will address these matters through the appropriate governance processes, consistent with the By‑Laws.
