Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club’s (the Club) VIP Golf Pass is valid for 12 months from the purchase date on the card and is non-refundable. VIP Golf Pass rounds/vouchers must be treated as cash and are non-transferrable. The VIP Golf Pass card and/or vouchers are the responsibility of the VIP Golf Pass holder. The Club holds no responsibility for lost or stolen cards and/or vouchers and these will not be refunded. All rounds are subject to availability.
Code of Conduct and Dress Code
Any behaviour deemed unsatisfactory by the Club will be assessed by management, and may result in the offending person(s) being removed from the premises and the VIP Golf Pass revoked for a period of time determined by management.
The Club’s dress code must be adhered to at all times and the Club reserves the right to refuse access to players.
How do I purchase a VIP Golf Pass?
A VIP Golf Pass can be purchased online or in person at Sanctuary Cove Country Club reception. For VIP Golf Passes purchased online, these can be collected within two (2) business days or when notified via email by the Club. VIP Golf Passes purchased directly from Sanctuary Cove Country Club reception can be collected immediately.
How can I book a round of golf on The Palms golf course as a VIP Golf Pass holder?
A round of golf can be booked by contacting Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club on 07 5699 9000. Alternatively, a booking can be made at Sanctuary Cove Country Club reception.
How do I redeem my purchased rounds?
Upon presentation of your VIP Golf Pass card at check in, staff will deduct the desired number of rounds from the card’s balance. Without your card, you will not be able to access your rounds. If you wish to check the balance of your VIP Golf Pass card, present your card to Sanctuary Cove Country Club reception staff and they will be able to assist.
Who can utilise the rounds I receive?
VIP Golf Pass rounds can be utilised by the VIP Golf Pass holder or his/her guests. The rounds can all be used on one (1) day or over a 12-month period.
How many guests can I bring?
A VIP Golf Pass holder is entitled to invite up to seven (7) guests per day to play on The Palms golf course at the discounted rate of $80 per person, inclusive of shared golf cart(s).

Do we gain access to The Palms practice facilities?
As a VIP Golf Pass holder, you will gain access to The Palms putting and chipping facilities as well as a 50% discount on balls for The Palms driving range.
What course availability do VIP Golf Pass holders have on The Palms golf course?
The Palms golf course is available seven (7) days a week, subject to course availability.
Are there Golf Link competitions to play in?
Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club runs optional stableford competitions every Friday and Saturday on The Palms golf course subject to availability. VIP Golf Pass holders with a Golf Link number are entitled to play in these competitions. Tee times are open from 7am on Friday and 6am on Saturday (subject to seasonal change), with the last competition time at 12:30pm.
If I don’t have an Australian Golf Link number, how can I get a new handicap?
One of the many inclusions of the VIP Golf Pass is having your handicap maintained by Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club throughout the validity of your VIP Golf Pass. If you would like to gain a new handicap, golfers must return three (3) fully signed and completed scorecards from any rated golf course in Australia to Sanctuary Cove Country Club reception. These cards can then be used to create your new Golf Link number and handicap.
Can I transfer/reactivate a previous Golf Link number when joining as a VIP Golf Pass holder?
New and existing VIP Golf Pass holders can have their Golf Link number transferred to their VIP Golf Pass. Simply provide the Golf Link number and date of birth on your application form and your Golf Link number will be transferred to Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club. You will receive a new Golf Link number, and your new Golf Link card will be posted to you. Alternatively, VIP Golf Pass holders can email their Golf Link details to Nick Bond via nicholasb@scgcc.com.au, who can complete the transfer.
Any 18-hole paper voucher or golf shop voucher dated to expire between 30 March 2020 and 30 June 2021 will be extended by the same amount of time the golf course has been unavailable. VIP Golf Pass card rounds are valid for 12 months from the purchase date on the card.
